Recommend all public transport to broadcast prerecorded message in multiple languages when crossing immigration custom to another country.

I would like to recommend Ministry of Transport to standardize public announcement for public transport, e.g. bus crossing country border between Malaysia and Singapore or Thailand, in multiple languages (e.g. Bahasa Malayu, English, Mandarin, Tamil Thais, Vietnamese, Khmer, Burmese, French, Hindi& Spanish). It may take 5 to 10 minutes play the announcement via audio speaker and save a lot of trouble in communication. Other than bus and ferry, commercial van and limousine may adopt the same.

Messages that may prerecorded are:

1. Inform arrival of destination and itinerary of the whole journey.

2. Inform immigration custom procedure, such as bring out passport and all luggage for immigration clearance.

3. Inform declaration of Prohibited items of the country by-law before enter immigration custom complex.

4. Toilet break and stop for meal.

I took a bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and one of the passenger didn't bring out luggage for Johor Immigration custom clearance. Probably it is due to language barrier. The Vietnamese might not understand the driver announcement. However, in general a standardized announcement will prevent any language barrier and no reason for passenger to give any excuse for not comply with the local bylaw or alight at wrong station.
